Shipping

Standard Canada Post shipping times are 3-10 business days. This can vary depending on time of year. For express shipping please contact us.

Shipping is $9.95 & up

Saskatoon customers can pick up their order for free or arrange for delivery!

 

Returns and Exchanges

For Christmas returns, please return or exchange within 60 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Regular Return Policy - Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are a variety of shipping companies you can use to send your item back to us, such as Canada Post or UPS.
Please note: The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your item as soon as possible to your original form of payment. In rare cases with used or worn items we will also notify you of the rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days upon receiving the returned product. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our contact form here on our website.

 

Exchanges 

Size or style exchanges are accepted!

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, notify us then send your item to: 2506 Woodward Ave. Saskatoon, SK S7J2E5

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
